Can’t praise Simon Smith enough. Very reassuring when you feel extremely vulnerable. Explained things clearly to me. He was recommended to me by 2 others and I’m very glad that they did. Very professional but also kind.

I cannot recommend Simon Smith highly enough, firstly for his care and compassion and honesty and secondly for his craft and attention to detail during surgery. Simon's care felt like a security blanket around me and he was very present on the day of my breast surgery pre and post op. Everything was explained to me and he had taken time to consult others as to the best way to proceed going above and beyond. I am very pleased with my results and the aesthetics following the surgery and this is all thanks to Simon and his team who I had complete faith in. I will be eternally grateful.

I have had the best care and treatment I could have ever expected from Simon Smith. He was kind , honest and understanding in his approach. I have had breast surgery on 4 occasions now and at 54 was really very worried about my final ‘look’ and the results. I am thrilled. After breast cancer and a ruptured implant , my case was challenging. Simon has surpassed my expectations. Many thank yous to him and his team. This includes Dr Hywel Jones my anaesthetist.

I saw Simon as a private patient although I have seen him on the NHS in the past. On both occasions,, he was courteous, friendly and very professional. He put me at my ease and I wasn’t at all embarrassed about having my breasts examined. He is such a nice man and very practical and down to earth. I felt that he took my concerns seriously, arranged the appropriate investigations and, on this occasion, reassured me that all was well. If you are worried about a breast lump, you can be very confident that you will get excellent care from him.

I was diagnosed with a mass on the right lobe of my thyroid. A biopsy was inconclusive and the cells were classed as abnormal. I felt completely at ease from the very first time I met Mr Smith. All the way through from the initial meeting, my procedure to my follow up appointment his explanations were clear and concise. If I needed to I could contact his secretaries and ask questions which would be shared with him and a timely response would always come back. Highly recommend, hopefully I will never need to see him again!
